Eclipse has a function called "Orgranize Imports".

When you have a java source file open in the Eclipse Java Editor open the context menu with a right mouse button click. Select Source > Organize Imports. The required import statements will be added to the beginning of your code below the package declaration.

Hi, I'm a coworker of renaat and I have a few questions about the simpleTest app.

1. Why is xmlns:h="http://java.sun.com/jsf/html"
xmlns:f="http://java.sun.com/jsf/core"
xmlns:ice="http://www.icesoft.com/icefaces/component" aded to the form tag?

2. Shouldn't partialSubmit="true" be added instead to get it all working?

Good questions.

The xmlns definitions are not required in the form tag as they have already been added to the view tag. It was a mistake on my part.

Adding a partialSubmit="true" to the form will add partial submit behavior to all input elements contained in the form. In the simpleTest example I added the partialSubmit="true" to the input text which will add a partialSubmit call to the onblur handler of the input text. You do not require partialSubmit="true" on both the form and input text.

Were you able to get the simpleTest working ?

Thanks for your feedback.
