Everything seems to be perfect, I dont know why this exception occurs.

I resolved the problem,
This was because of the jar file under lib directory, before running the timezone7 application the following jars should be added explicitly :

acegi-security-1.0.1.jar
icefaces-comps.jar
servlet-api.jar
commons-logging-api.jar
