Bug in AbstractChart.getPaints(Object,int)?  XML

It seems that the getPaints() method does some too optimistic caching, because it may return a paintArray which has a size different from the parameter "count", which will trigger an exception in PieChartDataSet.validateData():

		if( data.length != paints.length )
 			throw new ChartDataException( "There is not an one to one mapping of 'Paint' Implementations to 'data items'." );
